Measure before you decide

I work with small and mid-sized companies that rely on analytics for decision-making. In most cases, the problem is not missing tools, but unclear measurement, distorted attribution, or consent-related limitations that quietly change what the data can and cannot support.

An audit is a focused engagement designed to validate the integrity of your current setup before you commit to larger changes. It establishes a reliable baseline so you aren’t building strategies on assumptions. The goal of our first conversation is simply to determine if this type of technical review adds value to your business right now.

It makes sense to get in touch if

– Analytics affects your business, investment, or prioritisation decisions
– You suspect your data looks correct, but doesn’t fully hold up under scrutiny
– Consent Mode, attribution challenges, or missing data limits your confidence
– You want a clear, technically grounded view before deciding what to change — or whether to change anything

It probably does not make sense if

– You are looking for dashboards, KPI libraries, or templates
– You want tool recommendations without discussing the decisions you’re actually trying to make
– You expect analytics to provide answers without needing interpretation or context
